Registration Leader: Katie Carnahan

Please be at the registration table by 5:15 PM each night with a smile, plenty of patience and a cheerful attitude! Your nametag will be ready for you. If you will be late for any reason, please notify Katie at 812.442.4076 or katie.carnahan@onlinecfc.com as soon as you can. Registration will be very similar to what we do on Sundays. We will have three different jobs.

• WELCOME families when they arrive. They have been instructed to pre-register and check in their child(ren) each night. We will place their nametags on the table as they print out.

  • • If they HAVE registered but have NOT checked in their child(ren),
      please have them text CHECKIN to 812.867.6464.

    • If they have NOT registered for VBS, please have them text VBS to 812.867.6464.

• ASSIGN new kids in groups according to their grade and which groups have available spots. We will have a roster open to see who is already checked-in that day. Each classroom is restricted to have only a set number of kids, so it's imperative that we pay attention to who goes where.

• INFORM the families where the child(ren) will be dropped off and picked up. They will need to keep their Parent Tag to pick up their child(ren) or show the Security Code that was texted to them.
  We will provide maps for the families.
